The Rental Period commences on the date and time specified in the Rental Agreement and concludes on the return date and time also specified. No extensions of the Rental Period shall be allowed without prior written consent from [Company Name].
The Renter agrees to pay the rental fees as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Fees are due upfront unless otherwise agreed upon. Late fees may apply for overdue payments.
A refundable security deposit is required to secure the Equipment. This deposit will be returned to the Renter upon the safe and undamaged return of the Equipment, less any costs for necessary repairs or replacements.
Upon receipt of the Equipment, the Renter agrees to inspect it for any defects or issues. Any defects must be reported to [Company Name] immediately. Failure to report defects may result in the Renter being held responsible for them.
The Equipment shall be used solely for its intended purpose, in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and instructions. Any misuse or use for an unauthorized purpose will be considered a breach of this Agreement.
The Renter is responsible for maintaining the Equipment in good working condition. Repairs needed due to misuse, negligence, or abuse will be charged to the Renter, including labor and material costs.
The Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received, except for normal wear and tear. All items must be clean and in good working order.
Returns after the specified return date and time in the Rental Agreement will incur additional charges. These charges will be specified in the Rental Agreement or will be determined at the discretion of [Company Name].
[Company Name] reserves the right to terminate this Rental Agreement at any time if the Renter fails to comply with any of the terms outlined herein. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
The Renter assumes all liability for injuries to persons or damages to property that occur during the use or possession of the rented Equipment.
The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [Company Name] from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from or related to the use, condition, or possession of the Equipment.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country]. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of [State/Country].
Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both [Company Name] and the Renter. Verbal agreements or understandings will not be recognized.
This Agreement, including any attachments or addenda, constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between [Company Name] and the Renter, and supersedes all prior oral agreements or understandings between the parties.
